Dinner:

For participants staying at Hotel Ózon & Luxury Villas****Superior on the night of 20 November, dinner is included in the accommodation fee.

For participants NOT staying at Hotel Ózon on the night of 20 November, the cost of the dinner is 25 000 HUF (including 27% VAT). Dinner tickets for participants NOT staying at Hotel Ózon are available in a limited number and subject to availability.

Payment conditions:

Registration and accommodation booking are available via the online registration platform. Confirmation and the pro forma invoice will be generated and sent automatically. Payment should be made either by credit card during the registration process or by bank transfer based on the issued pro forma invoice by the specified deadline.

After receipt of payment, the invoice will be issued via Számlázz.hu and sent to the email address provided by the participant in the billing details.

Registration submitted through the online platform is considered an order and constitutes a payment obligation, except in the case of cancellation within the applicable deadline.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations are accepted only in writing at: mast[at]altagra.hu

If the cancellation is received by 15 September 2026, 30% of the participation fee/accommodation cost will be retained as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded, or the registration/accommodation may be transferred to another participant.

For cancellations received between 16 September and 14 October, 70% of the paid fee will be retained as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded, or the registration/accommodation may be transferred to another participant.

For cancellations received after 14 October, no refunds can be made and registration transfers to another participant will no longer be accepted. However, accommodation may still be transferred to another person upon written notification received by 13 November 2026.

Dear Participant,

Photo, video, and audio recordings may be made at the event in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code regarding public appearances and mass events.

The purpose of these recordings is to document the organizers’ events and to verify that the event has taken place.

The recordings may be published on the organizers’ website, in their publications, and on their social media platforms.

If you do not wish to appear in any recordings, please indicate your objection by providing your name and signature during registration.
