Symposium of the Hungarian Arthroscopy and Sport Surgery Association, 7-8 November 2025. Visegrád, Hungary
Dear Colleagues,
The Symposium of the Hungarian Arthroscopy and Sport Surgery Association will be held on November 7–8, 2025, in accordance with tradition, in Visegrád, Hungary at the newly renovated and upgraded Silvanus Hotel****.
The professional program is currently being prepared. Following the success of last year’s congress in Balatonalmádi—which featured renowned international speakers—we are inviting distinguished international experts. With contributions from internationally recognized speakers who have published outstanding scientific work, alongside respected Hungarian colleagues, we are confident that the event will maintain a high professional standard. The scientific program will cover the areas of the knee, shoulder, ankle, and foot. The names of the invited speakers will be announced shortly.
The symposium has been scheduled in such a way that, following the professional program ending early Saturday afternoon, participants will have the opportunity to spend a pleasant weekend in Visegrád with their families. Therefore, in addition to Friday night, a discounted room rate will also be available for Saturday night for participants of the event.
As in previous years, companies whose products and services—especially in the field of advanced surgical and rehabilitation technologies—support our daily practice will be invited to the professional exhibition.

The registration fee includes:
– participation in scientific sessions
– conference programme book
– participation in coffee breaks
– 4-hour unlimited beverage package during the gala dinner
– VAT
Dinner with a 4-hour unlimited beverage package for guests not staying at the hotel (on November 7): HUF 15 000, including 5% VAT
Payment Terms:
Registration and accommodation booking must be completed via the online registration platform. A confirmation and proforma invoice will be automatically generated and sent from the system. Payment should be made by bank transfer to the account number provided on the invoice, by the stated deadline. After the payment is received, the invoice will be issued via szamlazz.hu and sent to the email address provided during registration.
Registration through the online platform constitutes an official order and entails a payment obligation unless cancelled within the stated deadlines. Payment is accepted by bank transfer only.
Cancellation conditions: cancellations will only be accepted in writing: mat@altagra.hu
If cancellation is received by September 7, the participation fee already paid will be refunded with a 30% technical fee or the transfer of the participation to another name will be accepted.
For cancellations received between 7 September and 24 October, 70% of the fee paid will be charged as a technical fee, the remained amount will be refunded or the transfer of the participation to another name will be accepted.
For cancellations received after 24 October, we are no longer able to offer refunds or accept the transfer of participation to another person.
For cancellations of the hotel rooms we will use the cancellations terms of the hotel.

Video recordings of the event may be made in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on public participation and public recording. The purpose of the recordings is to record the organisers’ events and to verify that the events have taken place. The footage may be published on the organisers’ websites, publications and social media platforms. If you do not wish to be included in the footage, please indicate your wish to be excluded by signing your name and signature at the time of registration.

You can register for the conference via the online registration and abstract submission platform, which is expected to open in early July.
The registration interface for the conference is only available in Hungarian. Should you wish to register as a non-Hungarian speaking participant, you are kindly requested to send an E-mail to the conference secretariat to: mat@altagra.hu
